我国是一个生产多茶类的国家。在近200万平方公里的广阔地带,都有茶树的种植。根据各地气候,种植品种及加工技术的不同,历史上把一个产区划定只能生产一种茶类,但是,解放后三十多年中,出现过红改绿,绿改红,红条茶改红碎茶及粗茶改细茶等。实践证明可以依据销费者的需要和提高经济效益适当地进行不同茶类的搭配生产。为了充分发挥我国多茶类生产的优势,作者认为当前有必要对原有的茶类区划及方法作一次新的调整和布置。现就“如何发挥茶叶优势开展多茶类生产”问题,谈谈个人的粗浅认识。
