P物质(SP,十一肽)作为一种神经肽具有广泛的生理作用。它在痛和镇痛中的作用特别引人注目。因为在脊髓中SP被认为是传递痛信息的物质,而注入脑室则可引起镇痛。关于SP在脑内引起镇痛的具体作用部位尚无系统的资料。已知将SP微量注入大鼠和家兔的中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)可引起明显的镇痛效果。鉴于杏仁核和缰核内也有含SP的种经元分布,在该两核团内微量注射SP是否也能影响痛和镇痛,是一个值得研究的问题。 材料和方法 实验动物为雄性家兔,体重2.4kg左右。 脑内注射:按Sawyer等兔脑图谱向双侧杏仁核和缰核埋植外径0.7mm不锈钢套
Substance P (SP, undecapeptide) has a wide range of physiological roles as a neuropeptide. Its role in pain and pain relief is particularly noticeable.
