介绍了依据中天山隧道施工要求,对TB880E型隧道掘进机供排水系统进行的改造,从而解决了系统供水布置与同步衬砌的矛盾、水箱机械式浮子阀频繁开关及由此引起得一系列问题、实现了冷却水的循环使用,不仅有利于工效的提高和自然环境的保护,并节约施工用水和电能约70%。其成果可供类似设备借鉴,同时为后续相关设计工作提供参考。
The reconstruction of the water supply and drainage system of TB880E tunnel boring machine is introduced according to the construction requirements of Zhong Tianshan Tunnel so as to solve the contradiction between the system water supply arrangement and synchronous lining and the frequent switch of water tank mechanical float valve and the resulting problems. The circulation of cooling water is realized, which not only helps to improve the work efficiency and the protection of the natural environment, but also saves about 70% of the construction water and electric energy. The results can be used for similar equipment, while providing reference for subsequent related design work.
