目的:总结软性输尿管镜术治疗肾结石术中实时超声监控的应用经验。方法:回顾性分析127例术中实时超声监控下行软性输尿管镜术治疗肾结石的患者资料,总结术中超声定位的应用经验,评估其安全性和有效性。结果:本组127例患者均在实时超声监控下完成手术,术后1个月回访,118例患者未发现有意义残石,清石率92.9%;9例患者存在有意义残石,经过物理振动排石机主动排石后3个月复查,未见残石。出现血尿、发热等并发症31例,Clavien评级均在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,经相应药物治疗后痊愈。结论:软性输尿管镜术治疗肾结石术中采用实时超声监控能够在缺乏X线设施地区,一定程度替代X线监控保障手术安全进行。
Objective: To summarize the application experience of soft ureteroscopy in the real-time ultrasound monitoring of renal calculus. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 127 cases of real-time ultrasound monitoring of soft ureteroscopic treatment of renal stones in patients with data, summarize the application of intraoperative ultrasound localization experience to assess its safety and effectiveness. Results: All the 127 patients underwent real-time sonographic surveillance. One month after the operation, 118 patients had no significant residual stones and the rate of clear gravel was 92.9%. There were 9 significant residual stones in the group, Vibratory rowing machine row stone voluntarily review after 3 months, no residue. There were 31 cases of complications such as hematuria and fever. The Clavien grades were all grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ, and recovered after the corresponding drug treatment. Conclusions: The soft ureteroscopic treatment of renal calculus surgery with real-time ultrasound monitoring in the absence of X-ray facilities, to some extent instead of X-ray monitoring to ensure safe operation.
