本文在论述企业人力资源规划作用的基础上,分析目前部分企业人力资源规划困境,并明确新时期企业人力资源规划战略与路径,以促进企业保持核心竞争力,获得竞争优势,最终实现企业的战略目标。
Based on the discussion of the role of human resources planning in enterprises, this paper analyzes the current difficulties of human resources planning in some enterprises and clarifies the strategies and paths of human resources planning in the new era so as to promote the enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness, gain competitive advantages and ultimately realize their strategies aims.
