“绿色”原意指环保、无公害、无污染。教育的绿色质量,是指学生学业质量获得的过程、方法、环境是无公害、无污染的,学生成长的人文环境、制度环境、自然环境是绿色的。这看起来有点理想化,但并不妨碍我们去追求、行动。这就要求我们研究绿色质量要素及其与之关联的因素。事实上二者的关联因素是很多的,如课堂改革与绿色质量、学生评价与绿色质量、教师发展与绿色质量等,本文欲以《上海市中小学生学业质量绿色指标(试行)》(以下简称《绿色指标》为例,探讨与绿色质量相关联的教师发展问题。
“Green ” originally means environmental protection, pollution-free and pollution-free. The green quality of education refers to the process, method and environment in which students obtain academic qualifications, which are pollution-free and pollution-free. The humanistic environment, institutional environment and natural environment for students’ growth are green. This seems a bit idealistic, but it does not prevent us from pursuing and acting. This requires us to study the green quality factors and their associated factors. In fact, there are many related factors such as classroom reform and green quality, student evaluation and green quality, teacher development and green quality, etc. In this paper, “Shanghai Schoolchildren’s Academic Quality Green Indicators (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “ An example of ”green metrics" is a discussion of teacher development issues related to green quality.
