烟雾病又称脑底动脉闭塞症。既往依赖于脑血管造影诊断,继后亦有CT诊断的报告.我们使用磁共振成像(MRT)诊断2例,现报告如下: 病例摘要例1,女,7岁。以头痛,左、右半身肢体相继发作性无力3年入院。3年前无明显原因头顶部胀痛,左上肢抽动,每次约1min～2min,几次抽动后即感左上肢无力,半年后发高热1次又出现左下肢无力,此后经常有头痛及发作性左侧肢体抽动,无力。3月前又高热1次,随之右侧上下肢无力,经抗生素等治疗3
