埕北302井是胜利油田在渤海湾埕岛海域钻探的一口重点井,完钻井深4364.95m,钻探目的是评价古生界、太古界含油气情况。该井馆陶组以上地层造浆性强,东营组和沙河街组地层剥蚀掉块严重,古生界和太古界地层破碎、裂缝发育,在钻进过程中,经常出现井漏、井喷、井塌和卡钻等复杂事故。介绍了该井不同地层的钻井液配方,即上部地层选用抑制型聚合物海水钻井液,下部地层选用适度分散的防塌钻井液,并配合相应的维护处理技术。现场应用结果表明,聚合物海水钻井液抑制能力、携屑能力强;防塌钻井液具有较好的防塌能力、抗污染能力和抗温能力,满足了埕北302井钻井施工的要求。
The Taobei 302 well is a key well drilled by Shengli Oilfield in Chengdao sea area, Bohai Bay. Drilling depth is 4364.95m. The purpose of drilling is to evaluate the Paleozoic and Archean oil and gas conditions. The well above the Weiguangtao formation is strong in mud formation, and the blocks in Dongying Formation and Shahejie Formation are seriously eroded. The Paleozoic and Archean formations are broken and the fractures develop. During the drilling, Collapse and stuck and other complicated accidents. The drilling fluid formulation of different formations in this well is introduced. Suppressing polymer seawater drilling fluid is selected in the upper strata. The moderately dispersed anti-collapse drilling fluid is used in the lower strata. Corresponding maintenance and treatment techniques are also adopted. The field application results show that the polymer seawater drilling fluid has the ability of inhibiting the drilling fluid and has the ability to carry debris. The anti-collapse drilling fluid has good anti-collapse ability, anti-pollution ability and temperature-resistant ability, which meets the drilling requirements of Taobei 302 well.
