聚合物驱油是油田三次采油的重要方式,聚合物溶液在注入管道中存在着严重的粘度损失,影响了油田的生产和开发效果,而硫酸盐还原菌的广泛存在是导致聚合物粘损的重要原因。为此,从大庆油田回注水中筛选得到一株硝酸盐还原菌Alcaligenes sp.JNS05,室内试验表明,菌株JNS05对硫酸盐还原菌具有显著的抑制效果,将菌株培养液注入聚合物注入管道中,现场检测结果显示,聚合物粘度损失可降低5%以上。
Polymer flooding is an important way for tertiary recovery in oilfield. The polymer solution has serious viscosity loss in the injection pipeline, which affects the production and development of the oilfield. However, the widespread presence of sulfate-reducing bacteria leads to polymer viscosity loss important reason. Therefore, a strain of nitrate-reducing bacteria Alcaligenes sp. JNS05 was screened from the injection water of Daqing Oilfield. Laboratory tests showed that strain JNS05 had a significant inhibitory effect on sulfate-reducing bacteria. The strain culture solution was injected into the polymer injection pipeline, Field test results show that the polymer viscosity loss can be reduced by more than 5%.
