目的:探讨Skp2与p27在扁桃体恶性肿瘤组织中的表达及与扁桃体恶性肿瘤多项临床病理特征的关系,并探讨二者的相关性。方法:30例手术切除并经病理证实的扁桃体恶性肿瘤标本,同时收集慢性扁桃体炎标本18例。选乳腺癌作为阳性对照。常规HE染色和免疫组织化学S-P法检测各组Skp2和p27的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果:Skp2在扁桃体恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达明显高于其在慢性扁桃体炎组织中的阳性表达(P<0.05);p27在扁桃体恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率明显低于其在慢性扁桃体炎组织中的阳性表达率(P<0.01);Skp2、p27的蛋白表达与扁桃体恶性肿瘤的组织类型有关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、分化程度无关(P>0.05);Skp2、p27在扁桃体恶性组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:扁桃体恶性肿瘤中Skp2蛋白表达与靶蛋白p27蛋白降解有关,联合检测Skp2、p27蛋白表达可作为判断扁桃体恶性肿瘤生物学行为的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Skp2 and p27 in tonsillar malignant tumors and their clinicopathological features, and to explore their relationship. Methods: Totally 30 patients with surgically resected tonsil malignant tumor were collected and 18 chronic tonsillitis specimens were collected. Select breast cancer as a positive control. The expression of Skp2 and p27 in each group was detected by routine HE staining and immunohistochemistry S-P method, and statistical analysis was made. Results: The positive expression of Skp2 in tonsil malignant tumors was significantly higher than that in chronic tonsillitis (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of p27 in tonsil malignant tumors was significantly lower than that in chronic tonsillitis (P <0.01). The protein expression of Skp2 and p27 was correlated with the histological types of tonsillar malignant tumors (P <0.05), but not with the age, sex and differentiation (P> 0.05). The positive rates of Skp2, Tonsillar malignant tissue expression was negatively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of Skp2 in tonsil malignant tumor is related to the degradation of p27 protein. Combined detection of Skp2 and p27 protein expression may be one of the indicators of biological behavior of tonsil malignant tumor.
