用酶的抑制剂使精子顶体蛋白酶失活,为目前避孕方法中的一种途径。本文报道用明胶薄层作为蛋白质底物进行酶活性测定的结果,表明慈菇蛋白酶抑制剂及天花粉蛋白酶抑制剂对人、免、大鼠、仓鼠及小鼠精子顶体蛋白酶有明显的抑制作用,并随着剂量增加抑制效应呈增强的趋势。用笨甲酰精氨酸乙酯(BAEE)作底物同样证明慈菇蛋白酶抑制剂对人精子顶体蛋白酶有强的抑制效应。
Inactivation of sperm acrosin with inhibitors of enzymes is one of the current approaches to contraception.
