Panipenem/betamipron系碳杂青霉烯类抗生素panipenem与其肾毒性减轻剂beatmipron(N-苯基-β-氨基丙酸)按重量比1:1配制的复方制剂。本品对各种病原菌均有广谱活性,特别是对甲氧西林耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌及绿脓杆菌等抗菌力强,对β-内酰胺酶极稳定,其诱导能亦低。 108例16岁以上的骨髓炎、化脓性关节炎患者给予本品3～14日,panipenem每日0.5～1.0g(效价)分2～3次滴注。结果,骨髓炎显效19例,有效25例,有效率72.1％。化脓性关节炎显效5例,有效12例,有效率73.9％。重症病例有效率70％。细菌学效果,金黄色葡萄球菌有效率
Panipenem / betamipron is a combination of a carbapenem antibiotic panipenem and its nephrotoxic reliever, beatmipron (N-phenyl-β-aminopropionic acid) in a weight ratio of 1: 1. This product has a broad spectrum of pathogenic bacteria, especially methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other antibacterial strong, very stable on β-lactamase, its induction can be low. 108 cases of osteomyelitis over the age of 16, suppurative arthritis patients given this product 3 to 14, panipenem daily 0.5 ~ 1.0g (potency) points 2 to 3 times instillation. Results, osteomyelitis effective in 19 cases, effective in 25 cases, effective rate 72.1%. Septic arthritis in 5 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, effective rate of 73.9%.
