介绍湖南省高校图书馆数字资源建设基本情况,指出湖南省高校图书馆数字资源建设存在着图书馆协作能力不强, 数字资源建设滞后,缺乏相应的宣传和服务等不足,提出以“湖南省高校数字图书馆”建设项目为契机,共建湖南省高校图书馆联合书目数据库、建立湖南省数字信息资源保障体系、坚持数字资源自主权等建议。
This paper introduces the basic situation of the digital resources construction of the university library in Hunan Province, points out that there are some problems in the digital resources construction of the university library in Hunan, such as the weak ability of the library collaboration, the lag of the digital resources construction, the lack of corresponding propaganda and service, Digital library "construction project as an opportunity to build a joint library of Hunan Province University Library database, the establishment of digital information resources in Hunan Province security system, adhere to the digital resource autonomy and other recommendations.
