Objective To study the effects of biofeedback stimulation combined with pelvic floor exercises on postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation in women. Methods One hundred and sixty-six women with postpartum rehabilitation were randomly divided into a single group and a combined group, 58 cases in each group. A single group of simple pelvic floor training, comprehensive group biofeedback stimulation and pelvic floor training. Pelvic floor pressure grading, vaginal muscle strength, grade I myofiber fatigue index, grade II myofibril fatigue index and postoperative pelvic floor resting and systolic pressure were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, pelvic floor pressure classification, vaginal muscle strength, grade Ⅰ myofiber fatigue index and grade Ⅱ myofibrillar fatigue index in the integrated group were significantly better than those in the single group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, resting and systolic pressure levels of pelvic floor in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the pelvic floor of the combined group had no significant difference (P> 0.05) Resting and systolic pressure levels were significantly higher than those in the single group [(57.51 ± 2.59) cm H 2 O (1 cm H 2 O = 0.098 kPa), (61.24 ± 3.71) cm H 2 O) [(43.93 ± 2.34) cm H 2 O, (39.58 ± 1.59) cm H 2 O] improved significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The biofeedback stimulation combined with pelvic floor exercises has a great effect on postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation, which can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect, improve the vaginal muscle strength, reduce the muscle fiber fatigue, and improve the rest and systolic pressure of the pelvic floor.
