针对煤矿副立井提升机罐笼摇台装置采用传统搭接式摇台存在的诸多问题,对液压托罐摇台的结构特点和工作原理进行运动规律分析,动力学分析计算。在建立三维仿真模型的基础上,进行总体结构优化设计和关键部件的有限元分析。
Aiming at the problems existing in traditional cage-type rocking cradle of the cage shaft cradle of coal mine auxiliary shaft hoist, the structural characteristics and working principle of hydraulic cradle rocking cradle are analyzed by the law of motion and the dynamic analysis is calculated. Based on the establishment of three-dimensional simulation model, the overall structure optimization design and finite element analysis of key components are carried out.
