工程经济管理实施的内在意义有两点:高效率的控制管理下的工程项目的成本、切实地做到保证管理下的该项目一定的经济效益。其实施的主要手段为:合理的财务管理制度的建立、预算的管理、成本的管理、财务内控机制的构建运行等。只有将管理活动切实的落实才可以保证管理下的工程项目顺利且如期完成。随着建筑市场渐渐扩大,建筑施工企业为满足市场需求,面临非常多的风险,科学有效地预测、避免风险并采取合理有效的防范措施是管理中必不可少的重要环节。
