在我国漫长的海岸线上,大小岛屿星罗棋布,其数目之多达5500多个,总面积为8万多平方公里,约占我国陆地总面积的0.8％,其中,面积超过200平方公里的岛屿包括:台湾岛、海南岛、崇明岛、舟山岛、东海岛、平潭岛、长兴岛以及东山岛。随着我国经济形势的蓬勃发展以及沿海城市经济特区的相继建立,沿海及其岛屿的战略地位和经济影响明显地突出出来。目前,尽管在沿海岛屿的经济发展、群众生活水平的提高等方面,呈现出了可喜的局面,但是,对于绝大多数岛屿来说,亟待解决的问题仍是能源问题。根据我们调查的结果,可以看出,我国海岛的能源开发和利用状况极不平衡。其供电情
