作者自１９８６年以来，对２３例牙龈病患者在切除牙龈瘤，拔除受累患牙，搔刮瘤体附着及邻近牙周膜、骨膜后，将患牙再植。其中１５例经２～１０年的追踪观察表明，本方法既可达到根治牙龈瘤的目的，又可避免局部牙列缺损和咬功能丧失，且方法简单，是治疗牙龈瘤较为理想的方法。
Since 1986, 23 cases of gingival disease in patients with removal of gingival tumor, removal of affected teeth, scratch the tumor attached and adjacent to the periodontal ligament, periosteum, the replantation of the tooth. The follow-up observation of 15 cases after 2 to 10 years showed that this method can not only achieve the purpose of radical gingival tumor but also avoid local dentition defect and loss of bite function, and the method is simple, which is an ideal method for treating gingival tumor.
