对罗平C3F等级烟叶的主要香气物质进行了研究。结果表明,中性香气物质南部烟区总量最高,超过北部和中部烟区及罗平县的平均值,北部烟区中性香气物质总量最少。3个烟区有机酸总量差异不大。北部烟区和南部烟区的多酚总量要高于中部烟区,北部烟区和南部烟区差别不大。经过对比,在所检测到的6类24种香气物质中,罗平C3F等级烟叶的多数香气物质含量明显高于云南和津巴布韦烟叶平均值。
The main aroma components of Luoping C3F tobacco were studied. The results showed that the total amount of neutral aroma components in the southern tobacco area is the highest, exceeding the average value in the northern and central tobacco growing areas and the average of the Luoping County, with the least amount of neutral aroma components in the northern tobacco area. There was no significant difference in the total amount of organic acids in the three areas. The total amount of polyphenols in the northern and southern tobacco regions is higher than that in the central regions, while the northern and southern tobacco regions are not significantly different. By contrast, most of the aroma components of Luoping C3F tobacco leaves were significantly higher than the average tobacco leaves of Yunnan and Zimbabwe.
