当前,我国正大力推进社会主义市场经济的发展,与此同时国有企业的改革也在紧锣密鼓地进行。而国有企业也正面临着职工队伍年轻化、思想观念多元化、工作压力大等一系列的情况,这对其思政工作提出了新的考验。本文总结了目前国有企业思政工作中主要存在的三点问题,并就问题提出了解决的对策,以期帮助国有企业及其思政管理人员探索出适合的思政教育方式,最终促进国有企业员工的进步和企业的长久发展。
