一项工作,我们如果只把它当成职业,就减少了工作的乐趣。教师的职业化会蒙蔽我们的心智,泯灭我们的本心,慢慢地有些教师就成了职业变态者。我们要想办法减少职业化对自己的危害,经常提醒自己跳出教师的职业看看自己的教育教学行为,尽量保持一颗平常之心、关爱之心和公正之心。对学生来说,我们做他们的教师只是一阵子的事,我们作为一个人却是一辈子的事。 A job, if we only treat it as a profession, to reduce the joy of work.
