以间接碘标记蛋白质的方法制备125I-CaM,比活度为1.56MBq/μg,125I的总标记率为23.1%。实际应用表明,由于减少了直接碘化标记对抗原的损伤,其特异性、稳定性等技术指标均能满足放射免疫工作的要求。
125I-CaM was prepared by indirect iodine labeling of protein with a specific activity of 1.56MBq / μg. The total labeling rate of 125I was 23.1%. The practical application shows that the technical indicators such as specificity and stability can meet the requirements of radioimmunization due to the reduction of the damage of the antigen by the direct iodide labeling.
