目的:优选麝香舒活灵的渗漉提取工艺,为该制剂的工业化生产工艺改进提供参考。方法:在单因素试验基础上,以梓醇转移率及含固量为综合评价指标,乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、渗漉速度、药材浸渍时间为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选麝香舒活灵的渗漉提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加15倍量50%乙醇浸渍6 h,流速0.25 m L·min-1。羟基红花黄色素A和梓醇的转移率分别为97.50%,102.07%,RSD分别为5.4%,3.5%。结论:该工艺提取率及有效成分转移率高,简单易行,适合麝香舒活灵的工业化大生产。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the percolation extraction process of musk Shulu Ling and provide reference for the industrialized production process improvement of the preparation. Methods: On the basis of single factor test, taking catalpol transfer rate and solid content as the comprehensive evaluation index, ethanol volume fraction, ethanol dosage, percolation rate and medicinal material immersion time as the investigation factors, Musk Shulin Ling percolation extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 15 times the amount of 50% ethanol for 6 h, the flow rate of 0.25 m L · min-1. The transfer rates of hydroxysafflor yellow A and catalpol were 97.50% and 102.07%, respectively. The RSDs were 5.4% and 3.5% respectively. Conclusion: The extraction rate of the process and the transfer rate of active ingredients is high, simple and easy, suitable for industrial production of musk Shulu Ling.
