目前,西方主要的发达国家和日本、韩国都有比较统一的法律文献引注格式,但中国还没有。为了促进中国的法律界建立一套统一的法律文献引注规范,本文首先对这些国家统一的法律文献引注标准的发展及其格式作些介绍,然后对建立一套适用中国国情的法律引注体系提出了几点建议。 At present, the major developed countries in the West, Japan and South Korea have a relatively uniform format for introducing legal documents, but China does not yet have it.
