腹部按揉祛病延年腹部按揉可保健养生,在我国最早的医书《黄帝内经》中就有记载。腹部按揉的具体做法是:一般选择在晚上入睡前及早晨醒来起床前,排空小便,取仰卧位,双腿屈曲,全身放松,左手按在腹部,手心对着肚脐,右手叠放于左手上,先按顺时针方向绕脐揉腹50次,再逆时针方向揉腹50次。
