应用光镜、电镜观察和功能测定研究不同剂量的苯吸入染毒27周对雌性BALB/C小鼠的肝肾等器官的毒作用及其动态变化。结果表明:苯对肾、肺的损伤轻微;但对肝脏可引致脂肪沉积、气球样变和嗜酸样变性及点坏死,并随染毒剂量增加和染毒时间延长,病变程度及范围加重。电镜观察可见:较高剂量组肝细胞内线粒体肿胀、边集,内质网减少;肝细胞及肝窦内有较多的脂滴和髓样小体。染毒后期较高剂量组转氨酶显著升高。
The effects of different doses of benzene inhalation for 27 weeks on the liver, kidney and other organs of female BALB / C mice were studied by light microscopy, electron microscope observation and functional assay. The results showed that: benzene on the kidney and lung damage slightly; but the liver can cause fat deposition, balloon-like and eosinophilic degeneration and necrosis, and with the increase in the dose and exposure time, the severity and extent of exacerbations. Electron microscopy showed that the mitochondria were swollen, marginal aggregates and endoplasmic reticulum were reduced in the liver cells of higher dose group. There were more lipid droplets and medullary bodies in hepatocytes and sinusoids. After transfection, the transaminases in the higher dose group were significantly increased.
