目的 :观察血管性痴呆 (VD)大鼠海马及齿状回核酸的变化。方法 :采用改良的PuIsinelli 4 血管阻断 (4 -VO)方法建立大鼠血管性痴呆模型 ,用吖啶橙染色法观察血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区、CA3 区及齿状回核酸变化情况。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区、CA3 区及齿状回的核酸吖啶橙染色后的荧光强度 (反映DNA和RNA含量 )明显减弱。结论 :血管性痴呆可导致大鼠海马CA1区、CA3 区及齿状回核酸的变化
Objective: To observe the changes of nucleic acid in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of vascular dementia (VD) rats. Methods: The vascular dementia model was established by modified PuIsinelli 4 vascular occlusion (4-VO) method. The changes of nucleic acid in hippocampal CA1, CA3 and dentate gyrus of rats with vascular dementia were observed by acridine orange staining. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the fluorescence intensity of acridine orange staining in hippocampal CA1, CA3 and dentate gyrus in vascular dementia rats was significantly decreased (reflecting the content of DNA and RNA). Conclusion: Vascular dementia can result in changes of nucleic acid in hippocampal CA1, CA3 and dentate gyrus in rats
