模块化理论认为,模块化是产品技术自然演进的结果,可以创造选择权价值并加快产品创新速度;而且,技术模块化必然导致组织模块化和市场模块化。本文在考察了更加现实和动态的模块化现象以后发现,技术模块化面临各种限制,技术模块化与组织模块化、市场模块化并非自然收敛。研究表明,产品结构是根据技术进化轨迹与市场需求的结合点创造性地形成的,企业要构筑动态的组织能力,以使组织结构与产品结构相适应;模块化与整合化的平衡发展更能适应激烈的市场竞争和急剧的环境变化。
Modularity theory holds that modularity is the result of natural evolution of product technology, which can create the value of option and accelerate the speed of product innovation. Moreover, modular technology will inevitably lead to organizational modularity and market modularization. After examining the more realistic and dynamic modularization phenomenon, this paper finds that the modularity of technology is confronted with various limitations, the modularity of technology and the modularization of the organization, and the market modularization does not naturally converge. The research shows that the product structure is formed creatively according to the combination of technological evolution and market demand. Enterprises should construct dynamic organizational capabilities so that the organizational structure and product structure can adapt to each other. The balanced development of modularity and integration can be more adaptive Fierce market competition and rapid environmental change.
