以极化阻力为基础的电化学法测试金属腐蚀速度,由于其操作简单,灵敏度高,测试周期短,便于计算机控制,宜于实现测试自动化而得到迅速发展。然而,用极化曲线外推法测试腐蚀速度的技术却发展缓慢,这是因为这种测定腐蚀速度的技术采用了传统的三电极(汞参比电极、铂辅助电极、工作电极)法,而使得测试装置复杂,测试周期长,不能迅速得出测试结果。因此,本文在传统的三电极法基础上,对此技术进行了合理的改进,提出了利用FC—5腐蚀测量仪实测极化曲线,从而根据极化曲线外推法计算腐蚀速度的测试技术、原理、过程以及计算方法。
