目的:为研究有强力血管扩张作用的前列腺素E_1(以下简称PGE_1)阴茎海绵体注射致阴茎血流动态变化的目的,用~(133)Xe(氙)标记,记录阴茎的动态闪烁摄影图和廓清率曲线。方法:对以阳痿为主诉的来院患者30例,把~(133)Xe标记注入阴茎海绵体内,10分钟后,将1ml生理盐水溶解的PGE_120μg注射入阴茎海绵体内,按PGE_1注入后的阴茎海绵体血流量(确切的是从阴茎海绵体流出的血流量),由此算出~(133)Xe的廓清率曲线。结果:PGE_1阴茎海绵体注射致阴茎完全勃起的病例,其~(133)Xe廓清率曲线下降,认为是因PGE_1的
OBJECTIVE: To study the dynamic changes of penile blood flow in prostaglandin E_1 (hereinafter referred to as PGE_1) injected with potent vasodilator, dynamic scintigraphy of the penis was recorded with ~ (133) Xe (xenon) Clearance rate curve. Methods: Thirty patients with erectile dysfunction were enrolled in this study. The ~ (133) Xe was injected into the penis. 10 minutes later, 1 ml of PGE_120 μg dissolved in physiological saline was injected into the penis. The penile sponge injected with PGE_1 Blood flow (exactly the amount of blood flow from the penis) was used to calculate the clearance curve of ~ (133) Xe.
