六十四载变迁,一个甲子的岁月,“铁老大”在激荡中变革,在变革中发展。从护路运动到“二七”大罢工,从反抗侵略者到运输战备物资,中国铁路从诞生的那一刻起,就被注入了太多的政治与军事元素。建国后,这种政治、军事元素在铁路管理部门得到进一步体现和发展。可以这样认为,铁道部的垄断是特定历史与特色国情相结合的产物。终于,随着改革的进一步发酵,“铁老大”被送入中国铁道博物馆,但改革的任务却远远没有完成,今后的道路依旧曲折。

From the road protection campaign to the “February 27” general strike, from the moment of its birth against the invaders to the transport of combat readiness supplies, too much political and military elements have been infused. After the founding of New China, such political and military elements were further reflected and developed in the railway administration. It can be argued that the monopoly of the Ministry of Railways is a product of a combination of history and characteristic national conditions. Finally, with the further fermentation of the reform, “Iron Boss ” was sent to the China Railway Museum, but the task of reform is far from complete, and the road ahead will still be twists and turns.
