考察了不同质量浓度的NaOH溶液对高岭石和蒙脱石的成垢影响 ,分析了两种矿物经NaOH溶液浸泡前后的X衍射图谱 ,并测试了碱溶液与两种矿物作用时 ,液相中Si4+ ,Al3+ 的质量分数随时间的变化 .结果表明 ,只有在NaOH质量浓度为 12 .0 0g L ,反应时间超过 13d时 ,在高岭石矿物中 ,才有含Si ,Al元素的无定型新垢生成 ;蒙脱石矿物在各种质量浓度的碱溶液中都生成有序钙长石垢 ,其分子式是 :Ca(Al2 Si4O1 2 ) .
The effects of different concentrations of NaOH solution on scale formation of kaolinite and montmorillonite were investigated. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the two minerals before and after immersion in NaOH solution were analyzed.
