建立了饮料中人工合成色素(柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝)的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。以Shimpack ODS C18(4.6mm*200mm,5um)为分离柱,选用0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液与甲醇作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,开始甲醇占18%,4min时为40%,17min时为93%,采用紫外检测器检测,波长为254nm。采用该方法所测5种色素能在12min内全部出峰,样品加标回收率89.5%-104.8%,线性关系为1.0-50.0ug/mL,RSD%均小于6%,具有分离完全,出峰时间较短,灵敏度高,重现性好,该法适用于同时测定饮料中多种合成色素。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of artificial synthetic pigments (lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow and brilliant blue) in beverages was established. The separation was performed on a Shimpack ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) using a gradient of 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate and methanol as the mobile phase.
