对卢卡奇的《历史和阶级意识》的评价问题,在当前关于西方马克思主义的讨论中已成为一个焦点。一些同志不满足于过去研究中较多地侧重于批评卢卡奇的态度,而试图从另一个侧面,即从《历史和阶级意识》积极的一面来评价卢卡奇。这样做是无可非议的。然而,我以为对《历史和阶级意识》这样有重大影响,而本身内容又极为复杂的著作,试图以简单的办法(要么肯定,要么否定)去处理,无论是说其好还是说其坏,都是较为困难的。而必须把对卢卡奇这部著作合理因素的肯定,和对其错误部分的否定置于“实践唯物主义”这个新的评价尺度之上。
The evaluation of Lukacs's “history and class consciousness” has become a focus in the current discussions on Western Marxism. Some comrades are not content to focus more on criticizing Lukacs' attitude in past studies, but try to evaluate Lukacs from another side, that is, from the positive side of “history and class consciousness.” It is beyond reproach to do so.
