双师合作教学模式以班主任教师与外聘专业教师间的合作为基础形式,逐渐衍生为专业教师之间、班主任与资源人、教师与学员代表间的合作,其主要教学模式表现为五步教学法、三动策略,是适应当前农民学历教育专业师资不足、任课教师不熟悉教学环境现状的教学模式,旨在实现双师互助互补,提高学员学习兴趣。
