耀州窑在今陕西省铜川市的黄堡镇,唐宋时属耀州治,故名耀州窑。宋代名窑之一,在唐代就是中国陶瓷烧制的著名产地,宋代更进一步达到鼎盛,成为我国“六大窑系”中最大的一个窑系,其产品则成为北方青瓷的代表。耀州窑陶瓷创烧于唐代,五代成熟,宋代鼎盛,金元延续,止于明代中期的十五世纪末,有八百多年的连续烧造史。据史料记载,耀州窑瓷器的烧造最早始于晋博中。考古发掘证明,唐代耀州窑已开始成为具有一定规模的大型瓷
