目的:用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术准确定量检测尖锐湿疣中的人类乳头瘤病毒含量并分析其类型,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:采用实时FQ-PCR技术,检测了临床送检标本48份。结果:检测出人类乳头瘤病毒6,11型42例,人类乳头瘤病毒16,18型2例。结论:人类乳头瘤病毒6,11型是尖锐湿疣主要感染源。
Objective: To detect the content of human papillomavirus in condyloma acuminata accurately and quantitatively by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) technique, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Real-time FQ-PCR was used to detect 48 clinical specimens. Results: 42 cases of human papilloma virus type 6 and 11 and 2 cases of human papillomavirus type 16 and 18 were detected. Conclusion: Human papillomavirus types 6 and 11 are the main source of genital warts.
