磷是影响植物生长和发育的重要大量元素之一。土壤中有效磷含量很低,限制了大豆生长,在磷胁迫下大豆会产生一系列适应性的变化。大豆如何适应低磷胁迫环境和高效吸收利用土壤中有限的有效磷已经成为当前的研究热点。文章综述了低磷胁迫下,大豆植株形态、生理生化指标的变化,基因水平的差异表达和磷胁迫下mRNA的表达,并对大豆对磷胁迫响应研究方向作了分析与展望,以期为大豆耐低磷研究及磷高效大豆品种改良提供理论依据和新思路。
Phosphorus is one of the important macronutrients that affect plant growth and development. Soil available phosphorus content is very low, limiting the growth of soybean, soybean under phosphorus stress will produce a series of adaptive changes. How soybean adapt to the environment of low-phosphorus stress and efficiently absorb and utilize the limited available phosphorus in soil has become the current research hotspot. In this paper, the changes of morphological, physiological and biochemical indexes, the differential expression of genes and the expression of mRNA under phosphorus stress in soybean plants were reviewed in this paper. The research directions of soybean response to phosphorus stress were also discussed. Low phosphorus and phosphorus efficient soybean varieties provide theoretical basis and new ideas.
