如何通过培训提高我国饭店业的管理水平和服务质量,这是业内人士非常关注的问题。中国旅游协会人力资源开发中心(以下简称“中心”)经过多方论证,设计并实践了一种深受饭店欢迎、效果颇佳的全新的培训形式——送教上门的饭店成建制培训。 去年11月,“中心”开始推出此项培训产品,半年来,已为包头天外天大酒店、大连国际酒店、大连丽景大酒店、杭州望湖宾馆、山西大酒店等10家三、四星级饭店进行此项培训,受到普遍欢迎。
