作者使用逆转录-多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)和核酸序列分析手段对3株从蝙蝠肺组织中分离汉坦病毒的分子生物学特性进行了研究,并就其基因特性与汉坦病毒76-118株、汉城病毒80-39株、普马拉病毒(Pumala)Hallnas B1株和希望山(ProspectHill)病毒PH-1株的基因特性进行了比较。
The authors used reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and nucleic acid sequence analysis to study the molecular biology of three strains of Hantavirus isolated from bat lung tissues. The molecular characteristics of Hantavirus isolated from bat lung tissues were compared with those of Hantavirus 76- 118, Seoul 80-39, Pumala Hallnas B1 and Prospect Hill PH-1 strains were compared.
