马鞍形壳板是一种新颖有效的板架合一构件,符合我国国情,能节省钢材和水泥,应用范围很广。一般认为壳板系双向曲面,制作较难,需要在现场投资建设胎模,或者需要大型运输设备,给有些地区使用带来一定限制。我们认为要着眼于促进建筑工业化发展,重点在于加强有关马鞍壳板的施工制作、运输吊装问题的研究,通过试点,积累经验,创造条件,积极推广应用。
Saddle-shaped shell plate is a novel and effective plate frame and one component, which is in line with China’s national conditions, can save steel and cement, and has a wide range of applications. It is generally believed that the shell plate is a bidirectional curved surface, and it is difficult to make the shell plate. It is necessary to invest in the construction of the tire mold on the site, or to require large-scale transportation equipment, which imposes certain restrictions on the use in some areas. We believe that we must focus on promoting the development of building industrialization. The emphasis is on strengthening the research on the construction and transportation and lifting of saddle shells. Through trials, we must accumulate experience and create conditions to actively promote the application.
