在对具有复杂机械结构的煤矿设备安全性分析深入研究的基础上,提出了一种新的安全性分析方法,即通过对结构进行有限元分析,得到多组荷载效应,然后建立基于PSO-SVM的具有复杂机械结构的煤矿设备安全性分析模型,以有限元分析结果为训练样本集,利用此模型可直接进行结构的安全性分析。通过实例分析证明,该法避免了有限元分析的复杂加载和长时间运算,有效地简化了复杂结构的安全性分析问题,通过分析得到的结果与实际结果的对比肯定了该方法的有效性。
Based on the deep research on the safety analysis of coal mine equipment with complex mechanical structure, a new safety analysis method is proposed, that is, through the finite element analysis of the structure, multiple sets of load effects are obtained, and then based on PSO-SVM The safety analysis model of coal mine equipment with complex mechanical structure is taken as a training sample set by means of finite element analysis. The safety analysis of the structure can be directly carried out by using this model. The case analysis shows that this method avoids the complicated loading and long time operation of the finite element analysis, and effectively simplifies the problem of the safety analysis of complex structures. The validity of this method is confirmed by analyzing the obtained results and the actual results.
