基于集对分析的多目标决策原理和方法,建立了煤矿安全评价的多元联系数模型.该模型能够科学、合理地确定样本指标的联系度,合理给出样本的评价等级.应用该模型对4个矿井进行了安全评价,取得了满意的结果.应用结果表明:该模型计算过程简洁,计算结果可靠,不仅可得到具体的评价等级,定量衡量煤矿安全水平的高低,而且可以得到煤矿安全的优劣顺序,评价结果更符合实际.
Based on the principle and method of multi-objective decision-making in set pair analysis, a multivariate linked number model of coal mine safety assessment is established, which can scientifically and reasonably determine the degree of association of sample indices and give a reasonable rating of the sample. The results of the application show that the calculation process of the model is simple and the calculation results are reliable, not only the specific evaluation grades can be obtained, but also the level of the coal mine safety can be quantitatively measured, and the safety of coal mines can be obtained Poor order, the evaluation results more realistic.
