目的 :建立消栓通络片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC法。结果 :考察的线性范围为 0 .6 3～3.15 μg ,r =0 .9996 ;平均回收率为 98.4 8%。结论 :采用HPLC法 ,操作简便 ,测定结果的准确性、重现性均较好。建立含量测定方法后能更加有效地控制该品种的内在质量 ,也为中国药典品种质量标准的提高提供了参考依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Xiaoxuetongluo tablets. Methods: HPLC method was used. Results: The linear range of the study was 0.63 ~ 3.15 μg, r = 0.9996; the average recovery was 98.4%. Conclusion: The HPLC method is simple and easy to operate. The accuracy and reproducibility of the determination results are good. The establishment of the content determination method can more effectively control the intrinsic quality of the variety, and also provides a reference for improving the quality standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia varieties.
