目前,我国法学本科课程的改革还存在着一些问题,影响了法学本科人才的培养质量。其主要表现是:对课程内涵的认识存在一定的局限;“知识化”改革导致课程科目增多、人文精神缺失;“实践性”改革的实际运行效果不佳,且存在将教育等同于训练的倾向;校本课程的开拓存在“个人化”倾向,使课程被过分细化、深化,课程质量难以保证。揭示目前法学本科课程改革存在的偏误,目的在于解决这些问题,以期在今后的课程改革中进一步提高法学本科生的培养质量。
At present, there are still some problems in the reform of the law undergraduate curriculum in our country, affecting the quality of undergraduate training in law.
