胰岛素瘤又称胰岛β细胞瘤,临床上常易误诊。我院自1966～1986年共收治胰岛素瘤17例,其中10例经外科手术治疗。本文就手术治疗的10例分析讨论如下: 资料本组病例男8例,女2例。年龄17～59岁,平均34.8岁。病期1月～5年。7例曾被误诊,其中5例曾行脑电图检查,3例显示中度异常改变,1例行气脑造影显示有脑萎缩。8例经手术、病理证实为胰岛素瘤, Insulinoma, also known as islet β cell tumor, is often misdiagnosed clinically.
