目的对食物中毒的临床诊断与治疗措施进行分析与探究。方法 30例食物中毒患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 30例食物中毒患者经及时抢救治疗之后,临床症状有所好转,大部分患者在治疗后的0.5~2 h血氧饱和度恢复到正常状态,且中毒症状显著好转,平均3 d后痊愈。30 d后回访,未出现任何后遗症。结论结合患者的实际临床症状,对食物中毒进行准确的诊断,需要在确诊之后,采取相应的措施加以治疗。
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of food poisoning. Methods Thirty patients with food poisoning were retrospectively analyzed for their clinical data. Results The clinical symptoms of 30 patients with food poisoning were improved after rescue treatment. Most of the patients returned to their normal state after 0.5 ~ 2 h of oxygen saturation, and the symptoms of poisoning were improved significantly. After 3 days, the symptoms recovered. After 30 d visit, there was no sequelae. Conclusion Combined with the actual clinical symptoms of patients, the accurate diagnosis of food poisoning needs to be taken after the diagnosis, and take appropriate measures to be treated.
