目的掌握确山县布鲁氏菌病疫情动态,为制定科学防控措施提供依据。方法按照国家《布鲁氏菌病监测标准》进行人畜间监测。结果连续监测显示,确山县2005—2008年发病人数显著增多,人间平均发病率为4.18%,男性患病率为44.64%,女性患病率为55.36%,女性高于男性,年龄分布在35～45岁之间,一年四季均有发生。外地患病羊只的输入、饲养、梳绒等是感染发病的直接原因和主要途径。结论病畜输入、饲养及梳羊绒是近年确山布病的主要原因和传播途径。加强检疫检测,健康教育为主要干预措施。
Objective To grasp the epidemic situation of Brucellosis in Queshan County, and to provide the basis for formulating scientific prevention and control measures. Methods According to the national “Brucellosis monitoring standard” for human-animal monitoring. The results of continuous monitoring showed that the number of patients in Queshan County increased significantly from 2005 to 2008, with an average human incidence of 4.18%, a prevalence rate of 44.64% in males and a prevalence rate of 55.36% in females, and higher in females than in males ~ 45 years old, occur all year round. Foreign sheep ill input, feeding, comb velvet, etc. are the direct cause of infection and the main way. Conclusions Entering, raising and cashmere of sick animals are the main reason and route of transmission in recent years. Strengthen quarantine and testing, health education as the main intervention.
