研究了一种Cr-Mn-Mo-B低碳低合金贝氏体钢热变形后奥氏体的连续冷却转变,获得了试验用钢热变形后奥氏体的连续冷却转变曲线。试验结果表明,本试验用钢不发生先共析铁素体析出的临界冷却速度为0.15℃/s;冷却速度在0.15~1.00℃/s范围时可得到全部粒状贝氏体组织;随着冷却速度的降低,粒状贝氏体中的小岛尺寸增大,数目减少。
The continuous cooling transformation of austenite after hot deformation of Cr-Mn-Mo-B low-carbon low-alloy bainite steel was studied. The continuous cooling transformation curve of austenite after hot deformation was obtained. The experimental results show that the critical cooling rate of pro-eutectoid ferrite without using this test steel is 0.15 ℃ / s, and all the granular Bailey’s can be obtained at the cooling rate of 0.15 ~ 1.00 ℃ / s Body organization; As the cooling rate decreases, the size of the island in granular bainite increases and the number decreases.
