与普通高中学校的中学生相比,中等职业学校的学生在学习能力、文化程度甚至是生活习惯上都存在着巨大的差距,中等职业学校学生各方面的能力与素质都比较差。同样,在我国中等职业学校的学生都是不被看好的。很多的人都认为中等职业学校学生没有好的发展前途,整个社会对中等职业学校的学生都存在一定的偏见,由此就会造成中等职业学校学生的产生一定的自卑心理。据此,在中等职业学校的教学过程中,尤其是班级的班主任,需要对学生的心理发展特征及相关的情况有一个准确、深入的了解,并依据其中存在的问题对学生进行心理效应的管理,从而促使中等职业学校的学生心理得以健康的发展。
